Find out if you are getting enough fibres

Exercise and a balanced diet with lots of fibres is the best cure, when you are having stomach problems. The Danish Health and Medicines Authority recommend that adults eat between 25-35 g fibres every day to maintain a well-functioning bowel. If you are eating like the average population, you get about 20 g fibres a day through your diet.

Explore the fibre counter and find out how well-covered you are when it comes to your everyday diet.

If you are not getting enough fibres you can supplement with HUSK® Psyllium-husk or Husk®fibre, both rich in fibres. The pure husks contain 85 % fibres.

5 tsp. HUSK® Psyllium-husk or 3 tsp. Husk®fibre will give you 6 g extra fibres.
